Pumpkins

Fall is normally not my favorite season; the weather gets colder and it's the end of the summer...
However, it's the pumpkins season which is really nice. Many people use them for decoration for Halloween, and then cook them; they are really tasty and are good source for Calcium (good for bones), Potassium (good for the brain and nerves), vitamin A and C; pumpkin is also low in calories, so you don't need to worry if you are on a diet. I simply like to cook it in the oven and then put some spices on it; it's a great side dish that can go with almost anything. It can also be a great dessert with some cinnamon on top. Enjoy...

Yaniv, we're different. Although i love summer because days are longer and you have mor fun things to do i love fall. I love the cloths we can wear and the different colors on the trees. However, i haven't try any of your recipe but it' good to know all the benefits it has. By the way i haven't try your breakfast yet.
