Last night I came back from work in a mood of making something creative in the kitchen. I had no idea what, but I knew I wanted to try out the new food processor. I boiled aplit peas, Quinoa and baked Spaghetti Squash (for the first time). And then put all these ingredients in the food processor:
Split peas (green+yellow)
Quinoa
Parsley
Cilantro
Walnuts (10 halfs)
Tahini paste (2 Tbsp)
1 Clove garlic
1 spoon Cumin
1 spoon Paprika
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 Spaghetti squash
That's all, very easy to make and taste very good.
